Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please Note Bedazzlo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside my control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Window I accept returns within 14 days ofdelivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email me at bedazzlo@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. I’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to me — return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges I’m happy to exchange items for a different colour or style (subject to availability). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of use or damage

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I’ll make it right at no cost to you.
